    We have been coming to Glendora Chevy for about 25 years and normally we do get good service, but this time it was quite confusing. I had ordered a Tanu cover for my brand new truck that I just bought from Glendora Chevy, and I was told when I ordered it online that the installation fee was paid for and then all I had to do was show up when the part came in and get it installed on my truck. Nobody called me to tell me the cover was there and I had to call several times and the final time, I was finally told the cover was there and that yes, the installation fee had already been paid for. I made my appointment for Monday, March 2, the person on the phone confirmed that it was Monday, March 2 and I should bring my truck in at 7 AM. My husband brought my truck in for me because I was out of town and when they spoke to my husband at the desk in the service department, they seemed to know what was going on, yet hours later I got a text message asking me what my truck was doing at the service department what the problem with it was, so I explained via text what was going on, and at first they tried to tell me that my part was not there and they had no record of me ordering anything, then they said oh the cover is here but we have you scheduled for next Monday….. then I finally got someone on the phone, but unfortunately I was on hold for so long, that I had to hang up The person did call me back but again I was told “oh I have you scheduled for next Monday, and the installation was not paid for”. If I had known all of that, honestly I would’ve just taken the truck somewhere else because $720 to install a cover on the bed of my truck is ridiculous when I could’ve paid $300 for one of the local mechanics to do it in a fraction of the time. The only credit I will give to Glendora Chevy this time is that they actually did manage to fit us in when they had on their records that my truck is supposed to be there next Monday. I don’t know how there was a mixup about the appointment when I clearly remember asking point blank: so my appointment is Monday, March 2, yes it is. We will see you Monday.

    Excellent experience at Glendora Chevrolet! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The team was very helpful, informative, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Aaron Buller for his exceptional help and guidance throughout the process — he truly went above and beyond. Also, a big thank you to Maribel Marquez, the Financing Manager, for working hard to get us the best deal possible and making everything clear and easy to understand. Overall, truly great employees who care about their customers. Highly recommend!

    I had a really positive experience at Glendora Chevrolet. I worked with Omar and the service department, and I’m extremely grateful for his transparency and willingness to work with me to find a solution. It’s honestly hard to find dealerships that will just tell you how it is without the runaround. I truly appreciated the straightforward communication and honesty. Omar took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options, which meant a lot. That level of integrity and customer care is rare, and I’m thankful I had that experience here. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend them to others.

    If you’re looking for a bad experience, I definitely recommend coming to Glendora Chevrolet and speaking with the sales manager. He never introduced himself and immediately stated that “the price is the price,” insisting that the GPS system was mandatory and could not be removed. They also do not disclose upfront the GPS system is added to the vehicle price—you only find out once you’re there. When I questioned the value of the product, his response was essentially that if I didn’t see the value, someone else would. The interaction felt dismissive, unprofessional, and showed no willingness to work with the customer. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect when making such a major purchase specially driving all the way from San Diego to purchase a vehicle.

    Hi 👋 Just wanted to thank all the people I encountered and dealt with in order to get my new 2026 Chevy Blazer. From the salesman, Enrique, to finances, and finally signing paperwork. They all made my day easier then what I thought it was going to be, I was a nervous wreck, they did not once push me for a sale! My kids and I really appreciated that. Enrique took his time showing me all the features of my new vehicle, before and after the sale. Also, helped me connect with On Star, & the Chevy App. Just amazing!! Still learning and loving my Blazer. Enrique has reached out to me to ask how things were going. Thank you Enrique! Oh, I did receive a nice sweet package from the dealership. The cookies were delicious 😋 My overall experience at Glendora Chevrolet was great and yes I would recommend them to family and friends.
