They put you long hours of wait and sadly don’t provide WiFi. I was hopping to get some work done during my long wait, no hope and so sad.

I had originally given 5 stars until recently where I had a nightmare of an experience and I rent 4x a month and was exclusively renting from enterprise for a year and a half anyway they were two hours late to pick me up and I miss my DMV appointment and another appointment I did not get out of the office until 6:00 my pickup was at 2:00 p.m. they offered me an upgrade about Toyota RAV4 and half an hour later they told me that they need an oil change and I had to get a Hyundai all the lights went on and it stalled and then the manager he said that he would take care of me and he has before but he took off one day which was the half day that I stood in the office forever waiting for the stupid Hyundai RAV4 and I got charged almost $500 which is more than they charge me a week anyways I'm trying to get my deposit back but so far the manager Dylan is telling me basically to get lost I would not recommend using this Enterprise and I'm questioning if I am going to use Enterprise in the future.
