The repair tech needed to reach out to Ford for assistance since the repair was not working, they had to wait until Ford responded. I had to pick up, then return vehicle a few times. But the work was finally completed and all is good. The issue was with my Ford Pass not connecting to my app. It took some doing, but after replacing several electrical components, the tech finally got her done. Lillian kept me apprised of the situation which I appreciated. I will continue to use Colley, and hope others do as well. Oh, and you can get a lift home if you need to. :-)
