  I had to rent a car because mine was at the shop, and the staff at Enterprise was extremely nice, and attentive. The girls at the front desk were cheerful and that makes the experience lovely from the first moment. The whole process was very simple and easy, the renting and the return. The car we got was in great condition and we had an amazing experience. Will definitely choose Entreprise again!

  I absolutely despise Enterprise! Insurance companies should really consider partnering with other rental companies. That's the only reason I'm here. They NEVER HAVE MID SIZE OR COMPACT VEHICLE AVAILABLE IF YOU SHOW UP DAY OF TO RENT only big trucks and vans. If you want to rent a LARGE vehicle with no up charge just get a smaller one and take it to another Enterprise they won't give you the same smaller car. On my second vehicle and it stinks!!! The first one smelled like smoke it was dirty with stained seats and sticky stuff inside.

  Returning a car here is so hectic. They need to hire more employees because every time I've returned here, I’m told to wait until everyone has checked in first. The employees act like the people picking up are more important than the ones returning. It’s ridiculous. They should implement a better system in checking cars in and out.

  hey are very confusing when it comes to explaining insurance coverage. Employees do not seem properly trained, which makes it difficult for customers to understand what they are paying for. Customer service is very poor and inefficient, and there appear to be hidden prices and unclear agreements.

  I was treated me so well. Employees were so kind and professional in the best way. It felt like home and there was great trust and efficiency. I depend on Enterprise due to the great humans they hire. It's about the souls first, then the wheels 😊.
