However, when I got there this morning they were busy which isn’t a problem, but it added to the wait time. A car that pulled in behind me was given service before me. Still that wasn’t the main issue. In between my oil changes I often come in to get the tire pressure checked. It’s been a complementary service since I’ve been going to them over the years. After waiting 20 minutes, someone finally checked in with me and I told them I was there to get my tire pressure checked. He informed me their policy had changed and now they only do it for a $9.99 charge where they check all fluids, lights and tires. I didn’t need that, and for $10 in this economy feels like corporate greed at its finest. I know the people at this Valvoline have nothing to do with the policies put in place by corporate, which is why I’m not giving them a lower rating, but this change is so regrettable. I used to tell people to go to Valvoline just for this service, but obviously I can’t recommend them any more.
