First the " I guess manager" who only has a letter "Z" on his name plate was so rude, not even saying good morning back to me Not sure if he was pissed off at someone but his attitude not from a customer service person. Almost like if I was going to ask for free service. Then I go pick up the car. And I saw the tires were not rotated. I marked the tires before dropping the car off, because they have done it before. That they say, the tires don't need rotation or they forgot. But they even lie to my face saying they did rotate the tires or the marks could be the ones that the do to the tires. What a BS. I own two car,just did a oil change on my other car. NOW I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. I PAY GOOD MONEY TO HAVE MY TWO CARS SERVICED AND DONT DESERVE TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP.
