- LLLG4 days ago5.0I want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to Dane, Isabella, and Christian at Enterprise for their outstanding customer service while my car was in the shop. The first rental vehicle I received had a tire pressure light come on. I put air in the tire, but the light came back on the following day. As soon as I notified them about the issue, they responded immediately and took care of everything without hesitation. They quickly arranged a replacement rental, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The whole staff was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, which made an already inconvenient situation so much easier. Thank you again to Dane, Isabella, Christian, and the entire Enterprise team for the excellent service—I truly appreciate all your help!

Oltre a questo le indicazioni date erano poco chiare, infatti ci siamo ritrovati a non poter pagare la macchina con una carta di debito visto che non eravamo in possesso di una patente californiana. Per questo motivo non siamo riusciti a prendere la macchina. Vacanza rovinata.

- KKKrystalDec 15, 20251.0I do not recommend renting from this place the car they gave me was crap the light was on that my tire needed air it felt like transmission was slipping and then when it was due I couldn't extend it online I had to go down there and I received a fed ex letter stating a demand d to know where there car is so it didn't have GPS that's what a scrappy car it was and I was told I was embezzlement the car. This rental was through my insurance because my car is being repaired so now I give them there car and was left walking from glendale and I live over 70 miles from there. What im getting at is this place doesn't care about there customers or what they are going through or even how they get home'they were gonna report my car stolen. Insurance companies should find a better company to go through than enterprise.
