  The technician that came to my house, Juan, had an unpleasant attitude the entire time. There was no greeting with a smile, he made no eye contact, he seemed annoyed. Being that I was alone at home with my toddler, I felt very uncomfortable with this type of interaction from a male on my property.

  Safelite Autoglass is incredible and professional. They could come to you and fix the issue immediately. The technician provided me his ETA and quickly called me when he finished his job early and was going to arrive to my house ahead earlier. He was able to inform me of the steps he will take to fix the issue. Young man was polite and very respectful and provided great customer service and will 100% recommend Safelite Autoglass.

  They arrived to my appointment without the parts necessary and had to reschedule for the following day. Then they tried charging me $100 more for the parts they forgot and I had trouble getting a hold of anyone to talk to about it. They eventually got it taken care of and adjusted the price back to normal, but having to be available for them two days and fight for my original price leaves me feeling like I didn't get the fast, professional service I expected from Safelite.

  The company MPP considered the crack on my windshield a warranty issue and sent me to these guys to get it fixed. The crack is about 5 inches long! But these “professionals” took one second to decide it couldn’t be repaired, and in the next second they offered me a brand new windshield — which of course isn’t covered by insurance. Highly recommend!

  My technician Juan came to the house was very informative and very professional. He did an amazing job, installing our new windshield and recalibrating the safety system in her vehicle. I am very pleased.
