  Donnie and the entire team at Pacific Auto Body are truly special people with great hearts. They genuinely care about helping others and really go out of their way to take care of people. They went above and beyond to help me with my truck, and the quality of their work is honestly the best I’ve seen. Their prices are extremely fair, and in my opinion, they offer the best quality work and pricing in all of Los Angeles. I’ve been to quite a few body shops over the years, and this place is hands down the best. If you’re anywhere in LA or the South Bay, this is absolutely the place to go. I will definitely be referring people their way. Highly recommend.

  The level of service provided here was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, Donni handled every aspect of the process with professionalism, care, and attention to detail, which made what could have been a stressful situation much more manageable. He took the time to clearly explain the repair plan, ensuring that I fully understood the scope of the work and what to expect throughout the process. The shop itself is extremely accommodating, and the staff was always available and willing to answer any questions I had along the way. Communication was consistent and transparent, which gave me a great deal of confidence in the work being performed. I was especially impressed with Donni’s thoroughness and dedication to quality. Not only did he ensure that everything was done correctly, but he was also able to complete the work sooner than originally anticipated, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this shop to others and will most definitely return here for any future service needs.

  AMAAAZING!! My car was vandalized (keyed & tires slashed) & my bff suggested I try Pacific Auto Body in Gardena. I AM SOO GLAD I DID!! Donnie(Owner) Linda(Co-owner) has a staff of knowledgeable, professional & reliable staff that will turn your car nightmare into a beautiful dream!! The cost was more than reasonable for the work done & talk about LEAD TIME!! I bought my car in & 2wks later I'm driving it. I can't say enough about Pacific Auto Body!   You can't even tell the car was in accident I have 2026 tesla model Y black diamond paint which is super hard to paint The shop got it 100%
