It started up, so I parked it, a few days later, I tried to drive, it didn’t start, something is on, but can’t figure it out, something plugged back up wrong, or something.. I’ll take it, to shop, to see if they can, get to the bottom of it! Battery is new.

- MMMely MedranoDec 9, 20251.0My insurance provided me the information for the Gardena shop. I went there last Tuesday 12/2 to get my windshield replaced. As I was leaving I noticed a scratch about 1-1.5 inches on the windshield. I told the main Technician Jason about the scratch. He apologized and asked me if it “bothered me?!” He then clearly replied that it was under warranty but he could not fix it because the glue needed to sit in for 7 days. He reassured me that he was the lead technician and was going to tell the front desk that I was going to come back next week Tuesday at 7am. I reminded him that I was there at 7am and they didn’t arrived until 7:40am ( he explained that they were all late to work). Well TODAY store Manager Wendi told me that I was not on the schedule! I explained what Jason told me and asked to speak to Jason! Jason then said that “this is not how it works!” He further explained that he needed an approval from other technicians??!!! I asked why he had asked me to come back today and miss work again if he did not know the procedure! Store manager Wendi was very dismissive and asked to go see the windshield! She measured and said “it’s within limits”! I asked to clarify! She said “it’s within limits!” So I replied “Are you going to fix it??! She rudely said “No! Because glass have imperfections” So I asked to speak to a general manager but she said I was not going to be able to! That she would send a message to Roger and if he approves then he would call me! She gave me her business card and said “ I have other customers in the lobby and we are not going to do anything to your car today!” I had to ask a sitter to drop off my kids, miss work for Nothing to be done! Do NOT come here!!! To your response: Did you miss the part that Jason asked me (scheduled me) to come back Tuesday at 7am??? Please talk to Jason. Your response does not reflect the situation.
