I have been a loyal customer for years and previously had great experiences here. Unfortunately, this visit completely changed my opinion. I reserved a 6-seater vehicle three weeks in advance for our vacation and received confirmation. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told by the manager that the vehicle was not available because the previous renter had not returned it. This is unacceptable. With a confirmed reservation, the responsibility is on the company to notify the customer ahead of time if there is an issue. What made the situation worse was the lack of effort to resolve the problem. The general manager checked for alternative vehicles, but none met our needs, and no attempt was made to check availability at nearby locations. We were repeatedly told they did not know if or when a 6-seater would become available. Instead of offering solutions, we were left with no choice but to cancel our reservation, which disrupted our vacation plans. Management should seriously address this issue and ensure staff are properly trained in customer service and problem-solving. A confirmed reservation should mean something.
