  I called in for a part that I was sent to get from the San Pedro store with Terrell B who was fabulous. On my initial call someone from this store Answered the phone with a squeaky voice very rude very impatient and not paying attention to anything I was saying. I ended the call and called back and to my surprise, I was answered with a cheerful voice. I asked her name and she said Mia. I told Mia about my unpleasant experience and she apologized several times and told me she’d be happy to help. She did exactly that but before ending the call after successfully locating my car part I was looking for she apologize once again when I got to the store, I didn’t even see her tag. I saw her smiling and I said Mya she said yes still smiling still ready to help What phenomenal individual and great display of excellent customer service.

  Alonso went above and beyond to help me and got me back on the road in no time. I drive a 2016 Mini Cooper S, and if you’re familiar with this car, you know that swapping out the battery is not an easy task. He jumped right in, handled it with confidence, and had everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Alonso was truly A1. Because of him, I’ll definitely be trusting AutoZone again the next time my battery dies. Highly recommend!

  Nasselly has some of the worst customer service, every time I come here it never seizes to amaze me with the lack of professionalism here
