Always been good services with alignments tires, & rims. Neighbor had a hair crack on the edge of the rim. 2 tire shops did want to touch it, tech's & managers. Here at their shop, he deflated the pressure, inspected the inside , no inner crack, good for temporary. Follow week, the neighbor bought a new set of rims. Very reasonable prices, and their craftsmanship, knowledge, experiences, skills, and workmanship. Thank you

Been coming to sam for 2 years. Great service until one of his mechanics put my fuel pump on incorrectly. Gas gage broken, gas coming out when I pump my gas. Asked for a refund, I received it with no problem until I asked for the Warrenty and recipient for the fuel pump now he can't help me retrieve it. Not good business you wont make it far with drunk employees working on cars and no paperwork for the parts he ordered himself! I have the receipt for the fuel pump labor and the alignment I got that day. I need a refund for this pump so I can go elsewhere...PLASE DON'T GO HERE I JUST CALLED ORILEYS AND THEY TOLD ME HE RETURNED MY NEW FUEL PUMP BACK TO THEM WHEN I HAD HIM CHECK MY CAR DUE TO THE GAGE NOT WORKING. HE FINNESSED ME AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

How often should I get an alignment?
For optimal vehicle performance, we advise getting your alignment checked every 6 to 9 months.
What are the benefits of an alignment?
An alignment helps ensure even tire wear and keeps your vehicle driving straight when the steering wheel is centered.
What kind of vehicles can you do an alignment on?
We can perform alignments on a wide range of vehicles. This includes standard and luxury cars, trucks (including lifted and box trucks), classic cars, and lowriders. If the vehicle fits on our alignment rack, we can align it.
How do I know if my brakes need to be serviced?
Signs that your brakes may need servicing include unusual noises like squealing or grinding, a soft or spongy brake pedal, increased stopping distance, or an illuminated brake warning light on your dashboard.
How often should brake pads be replaced?
The lifespan of brake pads typically ranges from 20,000 to 45,000 miles. This can vary based on factors such as driving habits, vehicle type, and brake pad material. More frequent braking will necessitate more frequent replacements.
Do I need to replace all four tires at once?
Not always. Depending on the tread depth and wear pattern, sometimes replacing just one tire is sufficient. We assess each tire individually and only recommend replacement when necessary. If you prefer to replace tires one at a time, we're happy to accommodate that approach.
