DO NOT go to this Auto Zone. Go to any other Auto Zone in the area. The woman at the counter was very rude, terrible customer service. Some people don’t know about vehicles, she needs to learn how to be patient and inform the customer what is needed not catch an attitude and talk shit to the customer for not knowing something. If I could give it zero stars I would.
I just want to say that Alex customer service representative customer satisfaction was a awesome he helped me to change out my break lights and put new ones in he was very nice and helpful I'm just so thankful for him for helping me out.

I like autozone . They’re convenient. But today I pulled up around 8:30 with my son . They looked completely closed . I decided to head to dollar tree with my son . When I left at 9:02 I see 2 employees standing outside . I asked what time they closed at they told me 9 . Damn if I would have known and saw the store like it was open instead of closed and gated I would have gone inside . Really disappointed with their service lately . They got some young girl working there and the guys are literally drooling over her instead of doing their job . They need to do better at this store . Is gone down hill

I had an amazing experience at the AutoZone near my home, thanks to the store manager, Dorian. I came in stressed because my car wouldn’t start, and from the moment he stepped in, he was calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely empathetic to my situation.
Dorian went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct battery for my vehicle, took the time to explain things clearly, and even installed it himself. He didn’t rush, didn’t brush me off, and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left.
Customer service like this is rare these days. Dorian’s professionalism, patience, and kindness turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. This is exactly how customer service should be done.
