She even showed me my filter that needed to be replaced to show me it was not great anymore compared to a new one. They topped off my coolant fluid and other fluids as well. The coolant is an extra charge but only 7.99. I used their online coupon and did full synthetic this time. Overall great experience and love that they acknowledge my puppies and gave them snacks 🥹❤️. Thank you so much !

Thankful I wasn't charged for the time taken to attempt the fix, and inspired that the technician admitted that the light was a new experience for him. It's been a hassle for me too, so it's no fault of his own.
