Today, I scheduled my Toyota RAV4 for 10,000 miles complimentary service. I would to thank Toyota Place for the multi point service inspection of the SUV from oil changes, tire rotation, inspect brake linings and pads, etc. Thank you for the excellent customer service! Your customer lounge is clean and comfortable. Your employees were very friendly and efficient! Thank you to Kate Chaalan, my service advisor today.

Having the hope of starting a new car shouldn't be a problem, should it? I bought a car "of the year, the best-selling and reliable..." Three days after purchase, the car breaks down. The preliminary report, "apparently an anti-theft alarm. Now they tell me they don't know what happened and need to call Toyota (the same Toyotas) to see if it has happened to anyone else so they can help me solve the problem.
A new car with multiple error codes 3 days after buying it. The car was parked fortunately. What would have happened if those locking sensors had been activated on the highway? A fatal accident? What safety does Toyota offer? They can offer you services, guarantees and accessories by inflating car prices, but I think they are forgetting the most important thing: SAFETY, STRENGTHY AND TRUST.
How safe will I be driving a car that 3 days after purchase with only 113 miles has those flaws? I don't want this car for my own safety and for others.
I purchased a 2023 Rav4 today from Claremont Toyota!!!!!!! …... and I have to be honest in my review. I started my search online and found the car I found one they have a large selection and the price was perfect! 46 thousand miles for $25,800. It was Toyota pre-certified…perfect! I drive 1.5 hours early Saturday morning to test drive the vehicle and wanted to get a good deal. I spoke with the sale person and within a 30 minute we settled on a price and were directed to finance were we meet Daniel who was very professional and thorough with explaining all the details. The whole process from start to finish was pleasant and I left feeling good about the purchase made. Thank you Claremont Toyota for working and making me feel like a person and not just a number.

Toyota place is a great dealer with excellent service. I have always brought my camry in for service and the advisors are fantastic. They are helpful and very honest. They make recommendations without the pressure. They guide me through what I may need next time or down the road so I can prepare for my next couple of services. I usually stay at the dealership during my service and the team is quick and the facilities are clean and spacious. I always find a quiet spot to pop open my laptop and do work while I wait. The wifi is great and never had an issue talking a call. I highly recommend Toyota Place

What do you guys consider an appropriate time frame just to check in? I waited 30 minutes JUST to get checked in, all while watching the service people chilling at their desks with the mechanics, I’m guessing ? Talking and laughing away, you weren’t even busy! All to be told it was a 3 hr wait, you couldn’t even offer a quick wash, YOUR SENSE OF URGENCY IS NOT THERE! DO BETTER! As someone who has worked in customer service for 7+ years it’s honestly so disappointing to see how every person is just another transaction to you all , definitely won’t be coming back.
