I’ll be honest — my experience didn’t start off great. There were some communication issues and a few frustrations early on that left me feeling disappointed. However, what really stood out to me was how the dealership handled it once they realized there was a problem.
Instead of brushing it off, they truly stepped up to make things right. The management team listened to my concerns, took responsibility, and worked quickly to correct the situation. Anthony, and Rudy really went above and beyond to fix the issue and made sure I left feeling valued and taken care of.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what matters most is how they’re handled — and this team showed integrity and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I really appreciate the effort they made to turn my experience around, and in the end, I left happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased a used car for my son from Toyota Place, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how everything was handled.
Shortly after purchase, a few warning lights came on, and I reached out to their service department. Kate immediately stepped in, arranged to have the car towed from my home, and made sure everything was thoroughly checked and taken care of. She kept me updated every step of the way and made the entire process completely stress-free.
Kate is not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable at her job — she is genuinely a kind, good-hearted person with great character. She sincerely cares about the people she’s helping, not just the work itself.
The entire team treated me with respect and kept their word. As long as she’s there, they will absolutely have my family’s business.

The number of stars for this review are attributed to Randy and Kate only … my experience with the rest of the service team have been less than acceptable.
I want to specifically recognize Kate Chaalan at Toyota Place for delivering a truly exceptional service experience. Kate exemplifies professionalism, integrity, and genuine customer care. She communicates clearly, follows through on every detail, and makes sure you feel informed and confident throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and accountability are exactly what customers hope for but rarely find.
In addition, Randy Doan continues to demonstrate outstanding leadership and professionalism. Both Kate and Randy represent the standard of excellence that builds trust and long-term loyalty.
Unfortunately, my experiences with several other service advisers at Toyota Place have not reflected this same level of professionalism, communication, or customer care. That contrast makes Kate’s dedication and competence even more apparent. She takes true ownership of the customer experience, and it shows.
Toyota Place would benefit greatly from having more service advisers like Kate. She is a tremendous asset to the dealership, and I highly recommend working with her if you want an honest, responsive, and truly first-class service experience.

I had a fantastic experience at this dealership thanks to Eric Le and Jim Kim. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me with the car of my choice—not just making a sale.
Eric was knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and making sure I understood every step of the process.
Jim made the financing side smooth and stress-free, clearly explaining the options and ensuring everything was handled efficiently.
What really stood out was their honesty and transparency. There was no pressure, just great customer service and a commitment to making sure I left happy. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I drove over 4 hours only to be told upon arrival that the vehicle had already been sold. They offered me a good price on other vehicles. In reality, they were just trying to manipulate the price of a vehicle I was interested in, ultimately trying to sell it for a much higher price than the one they had initially offered. The salesperson was very friendly, but their supervisor or manager treated me as if I didn't understand numbers. It would have been better to simply say that the vehicle was no longer for sale, but even two hours before I arrived, they assured me that they still had it. These practices are very common to attract customers.
MUY MALA EXPERIECIA. MANEJE MAS DE 4 HORAS SOLO PARA DECIRME AL LLEGAR QUE EL VEHICULO LO HABIAN VENDIDO. Me ofrecieron darme un buen precio en otros vehiculos . en realidad solo trataron de darle vueltas al precio de un vehiculo que me intereso para al final querer venderlo en un precio mucho mas alto al que lo ofrcian.. el vendesor fue muy amable pero su supervisor o manager me trato como si yo no entendiera de numeros ..hubiese sido mejor el decir que el vehiculo ya no estaba en venta pero aun ese dia 2 horas antes de llegar me aseguraron que si lo tenian aun.....estas practicas son muy comunes para atraer clientes ..
