So far everything's been good they gave me a good price but then again insurance paid for all of it it was due to a traffic accident the other party had to pay so I really didn't come off of me but everything works well

I travel a lot for work and use Enterprise as my preferred Rent-A-Car provider. Unfortunately, the Huntington Beach location has made my renting experience less desirable with them. I ran into billing issues right off the start by them charging my business account instead my personal credit card even when I physically swiped my personal card. They could not reverse the charge and I was forced to return to their office and redo the transaction. Then there is the quality of the rental vehicle. It is substandard to any other vehicle I have ever rented from any rental company. While it does have over 40k miles on it, it is clean, but has its problems. The trunk sticks and you have to tug on it to get it to open. The biggest problem I ran into was leaving me stranded with a dead battery. I was unable to take my sick cat to the vet because I had to deal with the car problem. Enterprise wanted to charge me almost $70 for sending someone to fix their car and their problem. I declined and had it taken car of personally. Once I got the car going, I took it to a local Enterprise site where I was told if I had time to take the car to one of their mechanics to have the battery checked and swapped. This was the only option according to them because they did not have any cars available. I then went back to Huntington Beach Enterprise where they were able to get a replacement vehicle. This has been a very challenging renting experience. ...and this poor experience was in my own town and does not compare to the wonderful experience I usually get from Enterprise nationwide! Given what I have learned through these challenges, I will reconsider other reputable companies.
