  I came into the store today to pick up a few quarts of oil and was immediately greeted and helped by Tuong H. From the start, it was clear he really knew what he was talking about and genuinely cared about helping. He was knowledgeable, confident, and took the time to explain things in a way that made me feel comfortable and at ease. Not only did he help me find everything I needed, but he went above and beyond by checking all the fluids in my son’s car and showing me exactly where everything goes. I came in thinking I just needed oil, but he made sure the vehicle was fully taken care of and safe. He was friendly, patient, and made sure I got the right products—not just what I came in for, but what the car actually needed. When I left, I felt completely reassured and much more confident than when I arrived. I highly recommend Tuong H and will definitely be coming back to this location on Garden Grove Blvd and Nelson Street. Thank you, Tuong, for the excellent service—you truly went above and beyond and made my day.

  Cesar and Edwin at AutoZone delivered amazing customer service. They truly cared about my issue and worked with me until we figured out the right solution. It never felt like just another transaction. What stood out was how they treated every customer that walked in. People kept coming in with questions, and they were patient and willing to help each person figure out exactly what they needed. Huge thanks to Cesar and Edwin for going above and beyond. Customer service like that is rare.
