  Went to this place and I never get disappointed—the front desk guy and Duy, the tech. Informed me and asked my permission first, and I like that they are not selling but doing their job well. Definitely coming back here again for a car service. Shela. Rav 4.

  My husband took my Toyota Corolla to this place about 6-8 months ago. Yes just leaving a review now because i usually don’t tend to do it. The guy he spoke to told him he charged around $200 for checking what had to be done in order to fix my AC. Then he called saying that was needed to be done was around $600 (this was over the phone) we asked if it was for sure my AC was going to run perfect after this since they already knew what was wrong? They said yes!! They fix it I take my car and the AC still throws warm air. They say give it a couple days so I did. Didn’t work!! They suggest to take it back in and now they say it needs more work and it will be around $1500!!! If you’re professionals I’m sure you’ll know since the beginning what my car needed and how much you will charge me! I don’t think it’s fair. They have pretty good reviews and that is why we took it here. Unfortunately it didn’t go well and I lost $600 to still have my AC running warm until now!

  Their customer service is excellent, but I don't know their actual service, as they have some issues with how they handle things. I went to get a smog check from them and they gave me the smog check for the car, but they tried to tell me my car is due for a check up. I told them that's fine I deal with the manufacturer for maintenance. I came back to consider doing the engine mounts.... they did the inspection and found that all 4 mounts as I expected needed replacing. Okay no problem their charge 3,400. Not a problem either but I wanted to check back with the dealer so I asked them to give me a day. I went to the Lexus dealership and they actually charged me 2,700 on top of a laundry list of items that needed to be worked on including tire replacements rare brakes, and so fourth. And they gave me a loaner, a 2026 Lexus RX. Hey, it's actually cheaper and more complete and I get the RX so I commit, and I pay done deal. right? Dead wrong. Next day this guy calls back asking me what my decision is expecting me to say yes. I said no I actually already brought it into Lexus. Then he started getting upset and giving me drama, 'Why didn't you call me back before you made this decision?' Excuse me? Call you back? Then literally he proceded by saying 'we offer you the free loaner car' (mind you it is a 2005 Honda Accord which is respectable still). Dude, you literally charge more for the same service and you missed out on a bunch of issues with the car. Why would I go with you guys when I could go with the dealership and get a 2026 model car loaner of choice free of charge while they fix my car at a certified Lexus dealership? Mind you I still had Lexus warranty under them as well. Then, the following day after that incident, they called me again to try and sell me on promotional services. Had they not made these two subsequent calls? Absolutely I would return, but after they asked me "why didn't you talk to us first?" No way! A quick tip for the shop: if your customer chooses a better option, don't ask them why they didn't talk to you about it. It comes across as highly unprofessional and makes the customer feel pressured and guilt-tripped simply for making the best financial decision for their own vehicle. It turns a normal business transaction into an uncomfortable, overly personal interaction! The whole thing is just quite embarrassing. I've never received a repair service from these guys so I can't speak to the actual repair work, but I honestly dont expect to at this point. I'll give them 3 stars for their excellent customer service initially, but I dont recommend this particular shop just because it feels like an overly attached situation. Not worthy of my time.

  Went to Autolink to have my A/C repaired. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with all of my concerns. Pricing was fair and you have that peace of mind that your car is in good hands. They called and emailed me about the necessary things that needed to be done with my requested repair. They really take the time to make you feel comfortable. Overall a great experience and I found a great place to bring any future car issues to.
