  I had a wonderful experience at autozone today, Rod was a lifesaver from stat to finish. He was appropriately personable, helpful and knowledgeable. I work in galt & do not live near that autozone, but from now on that is the ONLY location im spending my money at. If anyone needs auto parts or supplies I absolutely recommend going to the Galt location. Ask for Rod, you wont be sorry!

  Came in because my car was having issues starting. Rod was great and super helpful. He tested my battery and alternator and then helped put my new battery in my car. 10/10 would recommend!

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the AutoZone in Galt, CA, thanks to Rod. His customer service is truly top-notch—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain my options, made sure I got exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was right. Customer service like this is rare these days. Rod is a huge asset to this store, and I will definitely be coming back because of him!
