  Got oil change now 5 weeks ago as well as battery replacement at their recommendation. They also said I had oil leaks so took to my mechanic. Mechanic noticed wrong battery put in and it was backwards causing me to lay my hood stick off to the side which is now rubbing on metal with visible metal scraping. Went back to replace battery and they said they have to order it and will call me when it’s in. Going on 3 weeks now and I even called but still no battery. If you don’t have the right part don’t put in!

  Although, the technician (Elijah) did a great job, very knowledgeable and professional, the price was extremely high! I paid $200 for an oil change, new oil filter, air filter and gasoline treatment!!! The price was outrageous!!! I will never go back to Valvoline ever again!!! I do not recommend!!! Save your money and definitely go somewhere else that has specials and discounts. I totally got ripped off!!!

  I’ve been here before but after today not again. I was behind a Prius for around 45 minutes. If the place is called instant oil change 15 minutes drive thru why is it taking so long. I couldn’t even leave by backing up because there’s a car behind me. doing it myself instead.

  I will always pay money for convenience. I have been coming to this Valvoline for years. Mostly because of the convenience but also the customer service — I’ve only ever had one bad experience, and it was address right on the spot. Chris, Jonathan and Joseph were very friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process. Happy to leave a review for hard working people! Thank you, Valvoline crew.

  Great experience here. I came in for an oil change and the whole process was quick and easy, honestly feels like a drive thru which I really appreciate with a busy schedule. The staff was friendly and professional and they did a thorough job. They pointed out a transmission leak and that my radiator fluid was low, which I appreciated since those are things that can easily get overlooked. I did not go for the additional services this time but it is good to have that awareness. There is some upselling but that is just part of the business and they were not pushy about it. I also want to give a shout out to Jonathan, the assistant manager, and Andrea, one of the top techs. Jonathan is running a tight operation and Andrea really shows attention to detail and takes care in how she works on the vehicle. Overall I always leave feeling confident that everything was checked properly and taken care of. The only thing to keep in mind is that getting into the location can be a little tricky. You can really only access it if you are heading north on Harbor Blvd or west on Imperial. Definitely recommend this location.
