Bravo first check for basics to make sure the issue wasn't something simple to my time wasn't wasted. After that, we talked about my concerns about timeline and he made sure to exceed my expectations. Also bonus on giving me shuttle back to where I was staying. Saved me $40 on Uber rides too. Thank you for the professionalism, speed and being able to fulfill my specific needs.
