    David took excellent care of not just my car, but me. My battery was dead and I was highly stressed. He walked me through everything and was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I’m so pleased with how I was treated. He got my new battery installed and checked out the rest of my car. I drove away feeling safe.

    Went here on January 17th and have been going here for about 13 years as it is right down the street from my house. When I went I asked for them to refill my wiper flued. The next weekend I tried to use it the stream was squirting out the side when I went to inspect it there was a tear in the hose and noticed that they had shut the hood on the hose and broke it. I went back the next Saturday January 24th and whoever the manager was on duty was completely rude and told me what does he want me to do about it. I said can you fix it can you do something, he proceeded to tell me no cause they don't do that there. So basically o well they broke it deal with it there not a mechanic then he tried giving me ideas on how I could fix there mistake didn't care in the least. 1st thing is try and make it up to your customers in any way if you mess up and a little compassion goes a long way, maybe don't have people like him as a manager horrible customer service. Unfortunately me along with my family of 5 will no longer come here because the least your company can do is give a care.

    The team over at valvoline on harbor and imperial were very accommodating and helpful to make sure that I got the right service on my bronco. It’s also helpful that they have my vehicle maintenance schedule so that I know how fast I need to take care of the things going on with my car. They make it so easy and convenient.
