Their online service offered to buy the vehicle brought it in, wasted 40 minutes for them to tell me they’ll pass on the car because it looks like part of it was repainted. It’s a used almost 10 year old car does this dealer expect used cars to be perfect? Took the car down the street to CarMax and they purchased the car at a similar price this dealer “offered” got me out the door 45 minutes with a uber ride home.

His professionalism, patience, and detailed communication immediately put us at ease. The issue was identified and resolved the same day, and we picked up the car that afternoon.
