I rented a Jeep Wagoneer back in October 2025 and was very satisfied with the vehicle and customer service by all officers at this specific location. I wanted to rent the same vehicle again for upcoming trip. Ben assisted me over the phone today 12/24/2025 and he was super professional and friendly. I will always come to this location for renting a car in the future because everyone has been always so nice :)

So, I'd say that my experience with this enterprise location was a textbook example of a "mixed bag:"
The initial rental process was pretty much perfect: I didn't have to wait very long to be helped. They listened carefully to what I said I was looking for in a car and found me a pretty perfect match at (I believe) the lowest possible price point (for a good match). And we then dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's very quickly and off I was!
I also chose to extend my rental a few days later and was able to do so easily and (seemingly) seamlessly with 1 quick call.
However, upon returning the vehicle:
1) They had WAY too few people working to keep up with their customers at the time, and it therefore took quite a while before they could get to me at all.
2) They (I sincerely believe accidentally, but still) tried to charge me way more than was due. [I believe they were (re)charging the full rental amount rather than just the extra for the extension despite the fact that I obviously paid for the first several days upfront. Although I admittedly never 100% understood what they thought they were charging me for, so I could be off on that guess. But whatever it was, it wasn't right and was way too much.]
And 3) when I told them they had the wrong charge, they then took FOREVER to sort things out internally and get me squared away with the correct final amount due, which given how far I still had to drive that night (in my own, newly repaired, vehicle), led to a VERY late night of driving for me, which is certainly not my idea of a good time! Not to mention the fact that if I hadn't noticed the overcharge and pushed back, who knows if I ever would have gotten the proper charge / difference back at all!!
If that^^^ had been the end of it, I'd say a 4 star rating would probably be a bit generous, but I did also take a random rock on the highway while driving their vehicle (after having declined the extra "cover all" insurance), which definitely necessitated a windshield replacement. And though I did indeed have to cover that replacement out of pocket (as expected), the charge for it turned out to be considerably less than I expected. (I assume due to them having a good contract with someone for those types of things because I am quite sure I couldn't have gotten the windshield on that car replaced for anything close to what they charged.) So in gratitude for that outcome / final "interaction," I can mostly forgive the horrendous drop-off experience and rate the overall experience as pretty solid... but certainly still with enough pain-points to dock at least the 1 star.
