  This store is a mess! Every time I come here I have a bad experience!! One time I buy the Lucas inyector cleaner and I ask how to use just to make sure and the guy told Me to put it when my gas tank is empty and run the car!!! Come on!! Today I went to get oil for the motor and the short chubby girl very rude, I talk to her and instead of telling me hi I’m a lil busy right now but give me one minute or something! She just said hi and turn around and left! The Balt ft guy was in the cashier I went to talk to him and he just turn around didn’t even say hi! Or give a minute! Come on be professional I left the motor oil in the front desk for you to put it back or you guys can just leave it there for the next shift! Looks like you guys don’t want to work today! I just went to Oreally! Never coming here again!

  I would never come back here I called in about a battery for my car and one guy told me over the phone they will help me to put it on so I drive all the way to them turns out I got some young guy no experience at all have no clue what he is doing and I bought a battery and I told him to put it on for me please and he told me he doesn’t know how to put battery on then no one was available to help me and this guy was trying to take old battery out have no clue how to use the tools, I was so close to tell him give it to me , when your unscrewing the knob it should be going opposite direction not clock wise he needs to be train proper way , then he is standing next to my car spinning the tool I told him hey becareful you will hit my car , geezz waste of time I would never come here at all P.S it was a young guy seems like newbie that’s working plus with no supervision and doesn’t know hot to install battery but willing to sorry I would never go here , because wrong info was giving over the phone then I arrive there no one can help me . Then he told me to call the other location to see if they can put my battery in my car lol risk just imagine someone replacing the battery without knowing the connections or which cable goes to where and unscrewing the wrong cables, he didn’t even knew how to take the connection off and right infront of me he give false info to a lady that works there, so I took it to O Reailly they were great take took care of it and replaced it fir me
