Angel was very helpful and so were the other two guys that were there. Angel helped us with battery issue and answered all our questions and concerns. I have always gone to auto zone for my car battery and other needs for over 15 years and will continue to do so. These guys were great!
- LDLiz DardenJan 30, 20191.0An associate was not eager to assist me in fastening a windshield wiper to my vehicle that I had purchased in the store on another day. Was clearly apprehensive and it made me not want to ask for help anymore. I understand when he said “customers in store are first” but it wasn’t that busy and I waited my turn like every one else. Besides, snapping on a wiper takes 2 minutes. I needed to purchase a new tail light, needed advice about that. Again, this would take just a minute. Would be nice to have associates that can come out to help a bit and surmise what products need to be purchased. I had another question about a light and needed advice. Again, he was initially apprehensive. Felt I had to twist his arm to come out and look. I bought the light and other products, but probably going to find another store to go to. The female in the store said she’d come and help! Ha! What’s happening to our men?! Good job female employee at Auto Zone Fullerton, you rock. He eventually came out, and assisted me, but it sure is refreshing when you feel you’re taken care of from the start. Thank you.
