  I went to this AutoZone on April 8, 2026 after dealing with a dead battery and having to keep my car running so it wouldn’t die. I was helped by an older male employee and from the start it felt unprofessional. While helping me, he was talking out loud to someone who seemed like a coworker, but this person was not even in uniform. In front of me and a line of customers, he was talking about how another worker got fired for stealing. That is not something customers should be hearing while waiting in line. On top of that, it was not until I was about to pay that he told me he would not be able to install the battery that day. So I wasted my time standing there while he was more focused on talking than actually helping. There was no urgency and no effort to work with my situation. I ended up going to the O’Reilly’s in Anaheim on Lincoln Blvd and State College where they helped me right away and actually provided good customer service. This experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time. This location needs better training and more professionalism.

  Zaira & Alexis we're both super helpful, knowledgeable & polite. This is a great store, clean, well lit good air conditioning, penty of staff working to assist you.

  It appears there was some difficulty in having your battery tested twice . The employee are lazy and picky about the customer but when my friend decide to be aggressive with them they agreed to perform the service. It seems that a more assertive approach may have been necessary to receive the complimentary service. If they don't like their job why u hire them

  My favorite auto parts store since there are no more independent small parts stores. They have a good selection of tools and parts for most common makes of cars.
