  Went in for an oil change. It was very quick and he people were very professional and extremely respectful. I would recommend this piece of business for your oil changing or whatever you need for your car.

  Service was quick, but they lacked on attention to detail when they imputed my information for my Smog incorrectly. Especially important on a smog, when you enter wrong information, it gets sent to DMV incorrectly. *The Manager contacted me the same day and corrected the issue. Thank you.

  Christian and Greg are very friendly and helpful. I’ve gotten smog checks and oil changes here. Very fast service and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend! Also they have a clean lobby with snacks, soda and coffee.

  I had an amazing experience at Grease Monkey! The staff was super friendly and helpful, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. The service was quick and efficient, and they didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. My car is running smoother than ever, and I feel confident in the quality of their work. Plus, the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Grease Monkey to anyone needing an oil change!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at Grease Monkey on Blackstone Ave in Fresno. I came in for an oil change on my Audi Q3 and mentioned that the last place I took it to seemed rushed, so I wasn’t very confident in the service they did. Alex and Marco took that seriously and did a thorough inspection. They ended up finding that the plastic oil drain plug had been damaged from the previous service—something I wasn’t even aware of. They replaced it at no charge and made sure everything was properly taken care of. They also explained their process, including that they typically evacuate oil from the top, but still checked underneath to ensure everything was correct. No upselling, just honest and detailed work. They even had the engine air filter and cabin air filter in stock, which seems like a lot of shops don’t carry. Their prices were very competitive, the service was thorough, and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. On top of that, they even vacuumed out my car, which was a really nice surprise and not something I expected. Really solid customer service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back.
