  After I got back from my 20 Hour Dr. round-trip, I was told that I can only drive the vehicle 150 miles a day so they had to charge me $450 more than the $300 original charge. And they never mentioned this and I thought this is really weird, I frequently rent vehicles from enterprise and I have very good experiences. This is horrifying so I can only go 150 miles a day according to the guy when I returned it so I was charged $450 extra. Some reimbursement for that because nobody mentioned that at all, and if that was the case, I would never have rented from you guys enterprise on Abbey in Fresno. Then they since I was towing, it included a sleeve and the pen to hook onto the hitch and the pen was too small so it Herkey jerky all the way to Bend, Oregon. So it would’ve been nice if I was given the appropriate accessories to go with the vehicle. Shaking my head and then they can’t tell you anything about the vehicle. They won’t go over the vehicle with you how anything works on it nothing you’re just sent out their blindly. I have towed once and this would be my second time and it would’ve been nice to have been given some information on the accessories that this brand new vehicle with less than 6000 miles on it has. The place in Bend, Oregon that rents trucks it’s on division across the street from the other enterprise and it’s an also an enterprise and they went over everything with me. They were great. So I will never rent from this location again and I wouldn’t recommend anybody else if you’re renting a truck I don’t know about the car side but the truck they don’t go over anything with you. There’s oh we’re gonna charge you more money cause you drove more than 150 miles in a day what I’ve never heard of that I will not be renting from this location again.

  Ben and his team were exceptional. Timely and kind, even escorting me to the correct building when I went to the wrong address. Recommending insurance without pressure, and had a quality vehicle when needed. Also had an issue with the truck that they offered to replace without question. Thank You to enterprise.
