  Enterprise has the worst inventory management system ever conceived and it's basically predatory at this point. Whether there is a reservation or not you are constantly told there are no vehicles that are available that are less than $150 per day. I understand the logistics of having a real time system but all the inconvenience is passed on to customers. Maybe they should prioritize storing vehicles that people actually rent instead of having the entire lot filled with Waggoneers (which avg abt 20 mpg btw). Absolutely ridiculous and seems to be intended. Edit** Filed a complaint to Corporate and unless Enterprise offers a God-tier resolution soon, complaints will also be filed with the California Attorney General, and the FTC. "This branch consistently engages in "bait and switch" tactics prohibited under California Business & Professions Code § 17500. On multiple occasions, I have reserved standard, low-cost vehicles through their online portal. Upon arrival, the branch repeatedly claims these vehicles are unavailable, despite a majority of their physical inventory being comprised of the most expensive vehicle class (Premium SUVs). This is compounded by the branch's policy of arbitrarily honoring or refusing the advertised and confirmed reservation price for the available vehicles. In my experience, by stocking the lot with high-cost inventory while advertising low-cost availability, the branch creates what feels like a predatory environment where consumers are forced to accept significantly higher daily rates and fuel costs. This appears to be a deliberate effort to bypass agreed-upon contract rates rather than a simple failure of inventory management."

  Working with staff like Jose continues to be the reason I return to Enterprise. He makes the process personal so you don't feel like just a number. Enterprise has a great quality of vehicles and they do best to make help meet needs of the customer.

  Jose at the Palm Bluffs location went above and beyond. During a tough spring break shortage, when options were extremely limited, he still found a way to get me into a rental. That alone says a lot—but what really stood out was his patience, professionalism, and genuine care. He took the time to understand my situation, including my recent accident and ongoing health needs, and treated me with respect and urgency. I never felt like just another customer—he truly cared about helping me. In a stressful situation, Jose made a huge difference. I can’t say enough good things about him or the Palm Bluffs location. Highly recommend!!

  Ayana was great!!! She was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. She took all my needs into consideration and did so in a timely manner. Great job!! I recommend this place and would return.

  They let you rent cars that are unavailable and send you away with no car to rent at all! Wish I could give zero stars. And I hope this karma follows you all. 🙌🏻
