  I have rented from Enterprise for years, employees are friendly but do not give accurate “add on pricing”. I usually don’t pay ahead for fuel because I can refuel on my own no problem. When I saw the refuel price, knowing California is expensive, I decided to do it when he said it would be “up to $88” (I am thinking it was based on what I used and the maximum would be $88). It added an extra $100 to my original price. Then the next day I get an alert about another $21.17 charge to my card - I immediately called Enterprise and they told me that was taxes. So, I paid $121.17 extra to save money and time filing the tank. Car only holds 16 gallons, even if I brought it back completely empty would it cost $88.48 (using their posted price). Moral of the story - you don’t save on the pre pay AND you can’t trust what the employee tells you. Do better Enterprise

  Great service and a great car. The staff went above and beyond helping us get all of our stuff to our vehicle. Then they took it upon themselves to check their large SUV’s (they had a boatload) to look for one with second row captain chairs instead of the bench seat. They made it so convenient for us and had great, helpful attitudes, the whole time we interacted with them. No doubt a five star team here.

  Enterprise has a pre-check in process that gets you in and out quickly. Instead of waiting in line at their desk, you walk straight out to the lot with license and credit card in hand and you are led to your car. We were thoroughly satisfied with their service and the car we were assigned. We will use them again.

  Super easy to order and pay online. Super-fast and easy to get the car and go. Incredibly easy to return and be on my way. Car was perfect for what I needed and ran/drove great. Personnel was very knowledgeable, informative and always with a smile. I'll be using Enterprise again, for sure.
