- SBSothara BishopFeb 19, 20261.0After my windshield was installed, that same day, it was raining. They told me not to take my car to the car wash for 24 hours because of the high pressure. I wish they wouldve asked me before my appt if id like to proceed because of the rain, but they didnt. The result of all this my car was leaking the next day where the windshield met with the too and leaked all over my shift knob and more. I took it in the next day, they denied it was the windshield because they “checked” and said it was the sunroof. However, the technician mentioned something about sunroof adjusters getting checked, which i had no idea what that is, but denied he touched it. Why bother mentioning something if you didnt touch it? So overall, i had a terrible experience and will never come her again because they took no blame in anything they did. Mind you, i had never a leak prior to the windshield getting replaced and suddenly its leaking? The technicians were also very unprofessional and did not allow us to talk and argued with us. Never again will i ever use them because it was not a good experience. So now i dont know which issue caused the problem because for all i know they couldve covered their mistakes.

They came to my home and made everything very easy and pleasant to work with them. Nothing but good thinks to say about every step in the process. I would highly recommend working with them.

Service is wonderful from start to finish. I even had to come back for a sensor error message and they quickly and kindly fixed it in a hurry. Ruben even went above and beyond to show and explain the sensors to me and also removed a sticker that had been bugging me. I highly recommend this Safelite location!!
