However I was so surprised at how kind, welcoming, thorough, and quick the team is here! They do the service right in front of you while you sit in the comfort of your car, they let you know what oil they are using (which matched my cars warranty requirements), and they show proof of dipstick being full. They also physically show you how your filters look so you know they aren’t trying to get over on you. I felt so reassured and safe there. 10/10 service, definitely coming back for my next service.

It's first come first serve but I've never waited long, even when they are super busy, and if there is a wait, they are quick to talk to you and let you know what to expect. I never feel ignored or forgotten. Their work is excellent and transparent, their prices are great, and they go above and beyond. Once they tightened a loose battery connection for me, completely complementary, because they noticed it was loose when I stopped in, which solved the mystery of my car starting issues. I now come here for all my car maintenance needs because of their trustworthy work and impeccable customer service. I highly recommend!
