  Came to the shop to get an oil change, I came towards the last 30 minutes of them closing. The team here was great, very helpful, customer service oriented, and willing to help any way possible. The service took less than 20 minutes, they even cleaned the interior and cleaned my windshield. I will be coming here going forward whenever my vehicle needs service.

  Great service from start to finish. I was greeted, escorted to the lobby, where in the lobby I had plenty of options like coffee, soda, and snacks. Communication was as on point from the service adviser to the techs. I remember this place when it was Sunny Skys smog, and while they were nice, it’s next level now. I am thoroughly impressed by the service and speed. They even vacuumed my car out. Checking was done on my phone to make the whole process even faster. This is how it’s done. Thank you guys for such a great experience.

  I highly recommend this place. I had an amazing experience with technician Greg. He was very attentive to all my needs and made me feel like a long time customer although this was my first visit. I definitely will be back to bring all my cars to Greg.

  Super friendly staff and convenient in and out services provided.I came to get my tired patched and I was welcomed into the waiting room!!! This place is super clean and fully stocked with snacks like chips, string cheese, water, coffee and sodas the best part is that it’s Free no additional cost for the snacks and super convenient when you’ve been running on empty all day. I Absolutely recommend this place and I will stop by again.

  I wanted to highlight the EXCELLENT customer service I received from Steve Anaya at Grease Monkey on 2/7/25. I went in to have my car smog checked. I was greeted and treated kindly and professionally. During the course of the smog test, the computer program used to process the payments unfortunately went down. I waited a bit to see if it would start working (which I didn't mind as it is Sat.) Rather than have me wait longer, Steve waived the fee for the smog on my car and said this one was on him and sent me on my way with smog certificate in hand! This is exceptional customer service! I highly recommend this business and their services for your automotive needs! Steve, thank you so much! I am grateful! 🤗
