  Be aware of this shop.. I had a really bad experience with them took my car for repairs after an accident got it back a week later with an unaligned trunk, the bumper looked like it wasn’t a good fit was told it was after market . .. scratched tint, damaged inside door panel, white dust on the interior, damaged weather strips.. was told to take it back to get that fixed and so I did got it back the same way 2 days later , called my insurance they said I had to take it back and they approved a OEM bumper and bracelets so I did 2 weeks later picked it up .. more issues trunk still misaligned gets stuck when you open it my tint still scratched even more still waiting on an answer if they would refund me to get my tint fixed .. a dent on the opposite side of the accident. Overall a really bad job . Got told by the manager that, that is the “shitty part of having an accident that cars are never the same once you start taking them apart “ they said to take it back to get the issues fixed but I refuse to let them touch my car again so I called my insurance and I am now taking my car to a different shop to see if they can fix the issues hopefully they don’t find anything more serious under all that bad job this shop did they like to blame it on after market parts but the reality is that they don’t do a quality work and it looks like they don’t even care about doing a good job I asked after the first time to please put the most experienced technician on my car because it was obvious that the first time the person wasn’t doing a good job nothing to do with parts if you rip the weather strips and dent the inside of the door panel or scratch a tint and don’t put pins back in place ..but on my way from picking up the rental they gave me I saw the same guy taking my car to the back, they can’t even install weather strips properly they installed “new” ones on my car and when it rained water got in my car .. overall I am really disappointed and concerned about how this shop is in business. If after reading my review you still choose this place for repairs good luck .. oh they also over sprayed paint on my window nothing to do with “after market parts” just negligent, bad job . Your response here is a total lie no Richard or heather have contacted me I was left waiting for a response if you guys are going to pay for me to re tint my windows tint that you guys damaged no response yet and you guys are not addressing my issue do not lie ..

  UPDATED: Told me my car was ready to be picked up Christmas Eve and that I’d be charged for my rental if I didn’t bring it in. Left me filled with anxiety as everything was closing for the holidays and I had work. I am now here 2 days after it was “completed” and had to wait over an hour for my vehicle that was “completed” highly unnecessary. If you enjoy wasting your life and time come here. If you care and value yourself choose ANYWHERE else. Never have had this experience with a repair shop in my life. Fix it auto will be the one I continue to go to from here on out. In addition I have now found over spray from the repairs on my windows around the repairs. But I don’t feel like going back and dealing with these guys again.

  The negligence while working my vehicle was unfathomable. Absolutely zero accountability I was offered to bring it back and they could fix it, but I pointed out the bumper when I was there and was told that, it’s aftermarket parts, then when I seen the spray paint all over my front, sides, and door panel some sort of primer all over and the inside of my car was completely covered in white primer dust. They told me it was dirty because they didn’t have a interior cleaner on site, then was told they forgot about the parts and the reason why it wasn’t installed correctly and spray paint all over my car was because the manager wasn’t here for QC. I tried to work with them and instead my intelligence just felt really insulted. As I was speaking with them, I was cut off short and told to have a good day. It was really weird when they started getting upset with me as if it was my fault that things didn’t go as planned. As soon as I said I was going to complain to my insurance if you guys can’t meet me in the middle somewhere their attitudes changed and became short.

  Overall, my experience was great! I received a same day approximate estimate of fixes, while other places I called were not able to fit me in for an estimate or give an approximate date for repairs. My car was repaired at this location is less than 3 weeks and I was given weekly calls with updates on my vehicle. The repairs on my vehicle were seamless and you can't even tell it was in an accident. Also, a big shout out to the staff on their professionalism and customer service.
