The first vehicle we were given was too small so they upgraded us to a better vehicle when we got that vehicle it unfortunately had been smoked in by the previous renter. I called Josue this morning told him about what was going on and immediately he apologized and set things, right. He set aside a brand new 2026 Dodge ram for us made sure that I was taken care of when I got to the Office and made sure that I was taken care of. Thank you so much, Josue for making things right and for honoring the enterprise promise.

However, the employees outside that clean the cars are fantastic. My car was so clean. They really pay attention to detail. They clean the car like it was there own. You can tell they take pride in their work. I will definitely be returning to this location.
