    My reservation was mistakenly booked for 5:00 PM by my company; however, in the past, we have never had an issue picking up a rental vehicle earlier than the scheduled time. I arrived at the counter at 3:00 PM and was informed that no vehicles were available due to an event taking place. We waited for approximately two hours, during which time the two male representatives at the counter repeatedly told us that the first available car would not be ready until 4:45 PM. I checked back multiple times—at 3:45 PM, 4:00 PM, and 4:30 PM—and received the same response each time. Throughout this period, the representatives watched us wait with our luggage and did not offer any alternative solutions. At 4:45 PM, we were finally told that a vehicle was available. However, upon going outside to retrieve the car, I was surprised to see approximately 4-5 enterprise standard vehicles already parked in the lot. I asked the female staff member, Theresa, who was helping us outside how long those vehicles had been there, and she informed me that they had been parked for at least an hour. This was extremely upsetting to hear, especially given that I had been consistently checking in at the counter to ask whether any vehicles were available. Theresa later explained that this information may have been withheld due to the possibility of an additional charge for an earlier pickup. However, this was never communicated to us, and the representatives at the counter were aware that the reservation was made through my company, for which any additional charges would not have been an issue for me. Theresa was very understanding of our frustration and genuinely empathetic. She kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to an SUV to compensate for the inconvenience. The staff working in the lot were excellent and made every effort to provide professional and courteous service, helping to offset the time lost and the unprofessional experience we encountered at the counter. I respectfully request that Enterprise review this incident and hold the two counter representatives accountable, as I would not want any other customer to endure a similar experience.
