  Enterprise at the Fresno Airport was… fine, but definitely not my peak Enterprise experience. The woman at the front desk was polite, but she had the kind of energy that says, “I’m here so I don’t get fired.” Not rude, just deeply unenthused. And it’s funny how that first interaction can set the whole tone for the company, even when everything else afterward is great. Because the rest of the team? Wonderful. The guys out in the lot were super friendly, the woman doing the inspection was great, and the guy who checked the car back in was just as pleasant. Basically, once you get past the desk, the customer service suddenly levels up. NOW… to be fair… I think I might have set the bar WAY too high for Enterprise as a whole. Because my very first experience with them wasn’t just good — it was trauma-movie emotional support level. I once hit a moose in Alaska, was stranded, carless, AND had full-on crybaby-sobbing-face. And Enterprise? They SENT SOMEONE TO PICK ME UP FROM THE SCENE LIKE I WAS A RESCUED DISNEY PRINCESS. Handed me a car. Treated me like a human who had just survived a literal wildlife collision. Honestly iconic behavior. So yeah… compared to “Enterprise saved me from a moose attack,” the Fresno Airport location is going to feel a little bland. Would I rent from Enterprise again? Absolutely. They’re reliable, and I’ve had great experiences in other states. This one was just my least favorite front desk energy so far, but the rest of the staff totally redeemed it.

  Made plans months ago renting through this branch. Just completed a trip n Vegas without problems, through Enterprise. Unable to rent at the Fresno airport. Help desk uninterested in helping. I nice gentleman at Hertz gave us tips on how to resolve our problem. In the end he went out of his way to help us. Will rent from hertz next time. Planeé alquilar a través de esta sucursal hace meses. Acabo de viajar a Las Vegas sin problemas, con Enterprise. No pude alquilar en el aeropuerto de Fresno. El servicio de asistencia no estaba interesado en ayudar. Un amable caballero de Hertz nos dio consejos sobre cómo resolver nuestro problema. Al final, hizo todo lo posible por ayudarnos. Volveré a alquilar en Hertz.
