Called to confirm my reservation and was told that because I have a non-California license I HAVE to use a credit card and no longer have the option of debit. Because unlike everyone else they can't just take proof of residency and move on. The man on the phone flippantly suggested that I go to the DMV today and get a paper license to which I responded he clearly hasn't been to the DMV recently. Besides that, there was a 300 dollar deposit i was not made aware of when i booked online. Just ridiculous. Because sure the person with money IN THEIR ACCOUNT is way less reliable than the person who is relying on credit. This makes no sense.

Very courteous and friendly staff. I had some issues with my bank posting duplicate charges, but Enterprise was very patient with my stress and confusion (holidays, right?) Everything was fine, I wasn't overcharged in the least and I'm very sorry I panicked and thought I was overcharged. My mother just passed away, and this holiday travel has me all in distress. Enterprise made sure I was taken care of, and I'm sorry for my confusion.
