They were completely rude, didn’t take me seriously and tried to Put me in a vehicle that Didn’t meet my needs. Kyle at Enterprise was the first salesman that treated me with respect, knew that I did my research on the vehicles, Didn’t undermine me and made sure to find me an amazing vehicle within my budget. He stayed in communication with us when we had a car transferred and never put pressure on me to buy the car if I didn’t like it. When we decided to purchase the car, the process was smooth. He was very clear and because of Kyle and his excellent service any future car buying we do, we will be coming back to Enterprise. Kyle thank you so much for your excellent service.
