  Be warned: The owner of this facility uses misleading math to advertise unit sizes. Edit: I am adding additional pictures in response to Owner's reply. The city plans he references are of an angled back wall. Look at the pictures I have provided. If you say 16'x48' then people expect a 16'x48' unit.His architects would even correct him on the width if he bothered to talk to them. Why this matters, see the drawings. I would have easily fit my RV, truck and car into the space I was quoted and reserved. Clearly what was actually provided will not fit. His own website shows rectangular units. I inquired about this place wishing to store my RV there in an inside storage unit. The lady over the phone informed me that she had a 16x48 foot unit. This size would have been excellent as I would be able to store both my RV and two other cars side by side in front of the RV. Later the Manager emailed me photos of the unit and confirmed in writing (see screenshot) that the unit was 16x48. I had not received the RV yet and I lived several hours away so I did not go to the unit until a month later when I went to store my first vehicle. When I got there and got the door opened, I immediately suspected the width was not actually 16'. Having driven several hours to get there and thinking it was just a mistake, I left my truck there thinking it would just need to be moved to the correct unit later. When I got home late that night I emailed the Manager and asked what was going on. The next day I received a phone call from the Manager and she stated that the unit was 16' wide and I said that no it wasn't, it was more like 13'. The issue is that a 16' unit you can park two vehicles parallel to each other. 13.6" (actual measured width) you cannot park two cars parallel. The Manager admitted that they measure off of the back wall which is angled (the hypotenuse of a triangle) as the width. I told her that was an incorrect measurement to provide to people because it is an invalid measurement. If you tell someone 16x48 they are expecting a rectangle that is 16 feet wide by 48 feet long. I asked if they actually had a 16x48 unit to rent as I had contracted for and she stated no. I was then given the offer to accept the unit or remove my vehicle for a refund. I drove several hours back to the storage unit and removed my truck but when checking out, I was informed it would only be a partial refund. I signed the documents under protest as there was nothing for me to do. I then emailed the Manager and the Owner and demanded a full refund because the unit was not delivered to me as promised by phone and email. The owner responded and said that they would not provide a full refund because the Engineers measure the back wall as 16' so that is what they represent. I reminded the owner that was not a valid measurement, you can't use the long end of a triangle for perpendicular measurements. Their website, phone and email communication all indicated a rectangular shape. The owner then claimed I was provided photos of the unit prior to renting and should have known. I replied back that I was not provided the photos until two weeks after renting because his employee failed to send them to me as she had promised and I had to ask for them. He admitted that he was wrong about when I received the photos but still refused to provide a full refund. In the end, the owner is clearly being misleading when giving measurements. I don't even blame his staff, they are just doing what they are told but the owner knows the units are not the actual measurements and when he got called out on it, he refused to do the right thing and offer a full refund. He stated I should have came to the unit earlier to inspect it and could have discovered the problem earlier. This is a bunch of hogwash, if the unit was as advertised by phone and emailed, there never would have been a problem! It baffles me that this owner choose to keep a months worth of rent instead of acknowledging the error and correcting his business practice. The owner earned this 1 Star review.

  Clean and relaxed environment. Able to do some cosmetic maintenance on the RV for most of the afternoon without interruption.
