The parts department is an A++. The women that work in that department are extremely helpful and Informative. The service dept does know whose coming or going and NO lead way or reimbursement from them either. I was extremely happy with the sales department until I gave them my money and drove away with my TT, but as soon as I did that, it was nothing but dead air and singing birds. Came back for the 4th time to have my TT flushed and sanitized and was told it would be on longer than an hour🤬🤬🤬🤦🤦🤦 3 1/2 hours later and still no TT. I am more disappointed in how they treat their customers when it's convenient for them. When I enquired about my TT I got , I'm only the sales guy and sent to someone else and so on and so on. Until I got to talk to the ladies at the parts desk. So YA, I ly going to get 2 stars from me and that's being generous 🤦🤦🤦🤔🤔
