- SESabino EstradaNov 20, 20251.0Came here for assistance on the free diagnostic to see what was wrong with my car and so I asked the only female and she simply gave me the Diagnostic scanner and said go put it in under the driver's steering wheel and plug it in, leave it on there for several minutes and bring it back in. I was like ..... confused and stunned at the same time!! And thought to myself... How can you just trust someone like that, I could of took the scanner and never returned it if I was that type of person.. Anyhow I don't think I'll ever come back here again. I don't care if I have to travel 20 minutes to go to another one.... Im sorry but im just being honest.... Don't they say Honesty is the best policy.
