I went in to exchange my battery because it was the problem but Was told by him it was not and my car had 5 other issues. I took his word went out and bought hundreds of dollars in parts and tools to fix my car just for it to be the battery the whole time. Wasted hours and money for what could’ve been a 5 minute fix the whole time. Very bad customer service and did not help me whatsoever. Do not recommend getting help from him if you ever go in. All the other employees there are super nice and helpful, Marcos should take some classes or learn from them on how to be better in customer service.
