The lady I spoke with named Sophie was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. I knew the exact piece I needed for my car. I had the part name, number, and a photo. I called in before I drove over and was told they had the part. I showed Sophie what I was looking for and she had such an adittude from the start. The part I needed wasn't showing up on the screen. She took a call while talking to me and helped someone over the phone for several minutes mid conversation. I ignored how rude that was an asked her if she could look up my part because the image of the part on her screen was incorrect. I knew what the piece looked like because my machenic took it out of the car and handed it to me. Ik there's difference in the codes sometimes. And to see if she could find it by image. The phone then rang and she took another phone call mid conversation and started helping the person on the phone so I just walked out. She didn't want to help me, but I was kind from the beginning and just wanted her to help me find the part I was just told was in stock. I would not recommend coming here.
