I gave him my vehicle info and mentioned I’d bought my last battery there about three years ago. He looked up my name, told me it was still under warranty, and said he’d set one aside and help me install it when I came in. It wasn’t just what he said — it was how genuinely happy he sounded to help. That made my whole day. Thank you, Dustin, and thank you AutoZone.
