    I went into AutoZone already feeling stressed, and unfortunately, my experience with Rafael (or Ramiro) wasn’t very pleasant. He seemed bothered by my questions and came across as annoyed. I understand it was early, but if your job is to assist customers, that attitude really affects the experience. If I hadn’t urgently needed a new battery and tube, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I hope customer service improves for future customers.
