    Came here to rent a car and had a terrible experience. At first, they refused to give us the car because the driver’s license was expiring on the last day of the rental, which was understandable. After that, everything went wrong. We were told we could rebook if we wanted to use a debit card, then told we couldn’t use that debit card because it didn’t have a name on it. Despite denying us the vehicle completely, they still charged the credit card for the full amount. We were also told we would receive a call within 24 hours regarding a refund, which never happened. Why are you charging customers when you are not providing the vehicle? This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. I would not recommend this place.

    Alamo made a mistake and basically reported me as stolen, forced me to turn in the rental 6 days early , out of state , they blocked me from using my credit card to rent from them, and left me stranded out of state. I paid in full for the rental plus one extra day which would have been a week extension they had said I made and was supposed to be good, . Because one customer service agent decided I t was stolen because the card declined they entered all these control to keep me from using my card, to impose security deposits required for future rentals , etc, . Their competitor had no issue renting me a car to return home. What a nightmare they caused me due to a misunderstanding that should have been easily resolved.

    Staff was nice. Had an issue, they were supportive and was able to resolve my issue. The issue was not with the staff or this Alamo rental location.
