  Worst service I’ve ever gotten. How do you pick up RV in worst condition than I dropped off? The pictures are from the day I picked up. They had rv for 2 months I was done waiting for them to fix other simple fixes. Then made me come back to get rest of parts so I could fix myself.

  If I could give a zero, I would. Utter b.s. experience. We went to tour some campers to get an understanding of what’s out there, what feels right for our family, and what would work for our toddler. Sure we went in a hour before close, but just wanted to tour a few. Our needs are specific, so the amount of choices isn’t great. Ronnie rushed us. He told us he works commission so he didn’t want to spend much time with us since they were closing soon. Again, they had a hour to close. From the time we walked into the front door to the the time he dropped us back off, it was about 15 minutes. He gave us 15 minutes to tour their inventory. That’s all he deemed worthy because he worked on commission. Because of this experience, NO CAMPING WORLD will see a cent of commission. What a joke. Disgusting experience.

  During a pre-purchase walkthrough on a new unit with pricing already agreed upon, the requested pre-delivery inspection was not provided. Several cabin issues were discovered, including fresh sealant on noticeable repairs with no details offered. Some positive features like an outdoor shower and black tank flush were present but not shown online, while interior items did not match the online listing (e.g., three barstools pictured vs. two present, stained sink, drawers that didn't open smoothly, and incomplete lighting). The undercarriage showed heavy salt corrosion and rust on the wheels, axles, and stabilizers, which was dismissed as normal. Staff were polite but lacked answers and appeared focused on completing the sale. After declining the purchase and notifying finance, there was no response or follow-up.

  We bought a new supposedly motorhome . Driving it off the lot the “check engine” light came on. Even with an extended warranty camping world DOES NOT WORK ON Ford Motor base of the unit. We had to take unit to Bakersfield Ca to a Ford Motor lot have it checked out. Ford informed us that it only had 3 months left on the motor warranty . That it was a used unit. Camping World Fresno insisted it was a new motorhome. We have other issues with the units tv remote and trying to get service to help us is like pulling teeth. If you want good service and an honest dealership don’t go there. Wish we had never bought a motorhome from this company. Buyer beware.

  Fresno camping world are absolutely greedy shameful..first sale guy was nice and showed me all the trailers wanted sale no complaints...paper work time i was putting 10% down with a 735 credit score but of course theres add ons so I declined those add ons just want trailer ... third guy comes in says he doesn't want to sale me trailer without "camp ready" add on and say quote " before I run your credit I wont sale you the trailer without the camp ready add on, its not worth it for me I sale to much of these I would rather sale to someone else" extra $2000 for stuff your dont need or can get yourself for cheaper so ultimately if your don't let them scam you they wont sale it to you absolutely disgusting
